 * Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägtes Stakeholder-, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement und kannst auch in politisch anspruchsvollen Projektumfeldern souverän agieren
 * Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Jira sowie modernen Softwareentwicklungs- und Release-Prozessen; SAP-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP PM oder FI/CO, sind ein Plus
 * Du trittst verbindlich und durchsetzungsstark auf, schaffst Struktur in komplexen Situationen und verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Du übernimmst die operative Leitung und Steuerung eines komplexen IT- und Transformationsprojekts und stellst die termin-, qualitäts- und budgetgerechte Umsetzung sicher
 * Du arbeitest eng mit der Product Ownerin zusammen, schaffst klare Strukturen und sorgst dafür, dass Ziele, Meilensteine und Prioritäten konsequent umgesetzt werden
 * Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams, externe Dienstleister und zahlreiche Stakeholder und behältst auch bei unterschiedlichen Interessen und Abhängigkeiten den Überblick
 * Du verantwortest Projekt-, Ressourcen-, Release- und Kapazitätsplanungen und steuerst Risiken, Abhängigkeiten sowie Eskalationen proaktiv
 * Du entwickelst bestehende Governance-, Kommunikations- und Entscheidungsstrukturen weiter und sorgst für Transparenz gegenüber Management und Fachbereichen
 * Du verbindest klassische und agile Projektmanagementansätze sinnvoll miteinander und moderierst unter anderem Reviews, Retrospektiven, Refinements sowie Planungs- und Entscheidungsformate
