 * End-to-End-Steuerung von IT-Projekten mit klaren Meilensteinen sowie Risiko- und Abhängigkeitsmanagement
 * Auswahl geeigneter Projektmethoden (agil, klassisch, hybrid) unter Sicherstellung von Governance und Qualität
 * Planung und Koordination von Ressourcen, Teams und externen Partnern
 * Steuerung und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern inkl. Reporting auf Managementebene
 * Sicherstellung von Sicherheits- und Datenschutzanforderungen im Projekt
