* Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) der Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Systems Engineering sowie im Entwurf und der Spezifikation von Equipment
 * Mehrjährige Praxis in der Hardware-Entwicklung und -Integration unter besonderer Berücksichtigung von EMV-/EMC-Anforderungen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse luftfahrtspezifischer Entwicklungsstandards wie DO-160, DO-254 oder vergleichbarer Normen
 * Praktische Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit modernen Labormessmitteln
 * Verhandlungssichere Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, analytische Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
 * Wünschenswert: Erfahrung mit Hardwarekonfiguration, Versionsverwaltung und Änderungswesen in SAP PLM
