* Unterstützung der operativen Logistikmitarbeiter eines Nutzfahrzeugherstellers bei der täglichen Nutzung von SAP EWM und SAP TM
 * First- und Second-Level-Support für Anwender im Lager- und Transportmanagement
 * Analyse und Bearbeitung von Prozess- und Systemstörungen
 * Fehleridentifikation sowie Koordination der Lösungsfindung mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
 * Durchführung von Systemtests nach Updates, Releases oder Prozessanpassungen
