 * Beheben von Fehlern durch den Einsatz von Experten- und Diagnosesystemen
 * Analyse und Entwicklung von Netzwerken unter Beachtung von IT-Sicherheitsaspekten
 * Automatisierung der Systemverwaltung mit unterschiedlichen Skriptsprachen
 * Fachliche Beratung, Betreuung und Schulung von Kunden und Nutzenden
