## Description

* Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure supporting voice, data, video, and wireless services.
 * Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco networking equipment, firewalls, VPNs, and security platforms.
 * Manage network hardware and software upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
 * Install, configure, and support network and security equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
 * Provide advanced technical support for end-user devices, printers, connectivity issues, and system configurations.
 * Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners for equipment selection, implementation, and support.
 * Monitor network performance and proactively address security threats, vulnerabilities, and outages.
 * Communicate technical issues and resolutions to internal teams and end users.
Assist with network-related initiatives, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
