Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a higher education or similarly complex organizational environment. * Experience with PowerShell scripting. * Experience configuring ServiceNow. * Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Room Systems or other AV technologies. * Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * ITIL v4 or higher certification. * Experience working with business analysts, consultants, or cross-functional project teams. The Digital Solutions Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders and Digital Solutions Consultants to design, build, test, and implement practical technology solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating business needs into technical solutions and working across multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
