Share, Provides technical expertise and manual skill in the installation, servicing, and repair of the Company owned technology equipment.
Essential Functions:

 * Respond to helpdesk tickets promptly and provide effective solutions to end-users.
 * Assist users in resolving a variety of IT issues, including but not limited to computers, phones, networking, printing, email, and password resets.
 * Work on diverse projects, such as camera installations, running network cables, testing, labeling, and organizing network closets, etc.
 * Set up and maintain IT and audio systems across the campus.
 * Ensure the operational efficiency of IT systems during events, responding promptly to any issues that may arise.
