## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support across macOS and Windows environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the professionalism to support users both in person and remotely. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of issues, and delivers an exceptional support experience., * Strong technical troubleshooting skills across desktop hardware and software.

 * Proficiency supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems.
 * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (desktop and online versions).
 * Hands-on experience working with ticketing systems, ideally TeamDynamix (TDX).
 * Experience using remote support tools for system access and troubleshooting.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-ability to interact with end users in person and remotely with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
 * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

## Description

* Provide hands-on desktop support for hardware, software, peripherals, and network connectivity issues.
 * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents across macOS and Windows platforms.
 * Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications (desktop and web), including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
 * Manage incoming requests through a ticketing system (TDX experience preferred), ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
 * Utilize remote support tools to assist users across multiple locations.
 * Greet and assist employees at the walk-up support window/door, offering a friendly and customer-centric support experience.
 * Collaborate with internal IT teams on escalations, root-cause analysis, and system improvements.
 * Assist with hardware deployment, workstation builds, software installations, and equipment lifecycle management.
 * Provide light support for AV equipment (preferred but not required), including conference room technology, meeting setups, and basic troubleshooting.
