SAFe experience is highly desired. * Solid understanding of cyber principles, including risk interpretation and system integration with cyber environments. * Advanced knowledge of EIS standards applicable to EIS tools and processes. * Relevant leadership, motivational, budgeting, and project management experience required. * Proven knowledge of enterprise system concepts and software development lifecycles. * Experience with project scheduling using industry-standard tools and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent analysis, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to communicate at both technical and business levels, breaking down complex ideas and situations. * Strong client relationship, judgment, decision-making, and problem resolution skills. * Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. ## Description Zions Bancorporation is currently looking for a Product Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Product Manager plays a key role in executing IAM product strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging advanced knowledge of system design, KPIs, and controls. This position is responsible for developing an actionable strategic roadmap that details the system changes needed to align the IAM product with business objectives. The role will require cross-department collaboration with engineers, analysts, and operation teams to prioritize and execute work. You will lead project scheduling efforts, oversee system design and integration involving IAM controls, lead root cause analysis, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
