## About the Role

* 5+ years of structured cabling/data center experience
 * 2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
 * Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation practices
 * Experience working in live data center environments
 * Ability to manage crews, timelines, and multiple priorities
 * OSHA 10/30 preferred
 * BICSI certification preferred

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead structured cabling and infrastructure installation projects in mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews, maintain high quality standards, and keep projects on schedule in active data centers., * Lead and supervise data center technicians on structured cabling projects

 * Oversee cable pulling, routing, dressing, termination, and testing (copper & fiber)
 * Read and interpret blueprints, rack elevations, and cable schedules
 * Coordinate daily work activities and ensure productivity targets are met
 * Enforce safety standards and conduct job site safety briefings
 * Ensure installations meet TIA/EIA and company quality standards
 * Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
 * Serve as the on-site point of contact for project managers and clients
