This role sits within the Sales Operations organization and is responsible for ensuring Salesforce evolves in line with business priorities while delivering a scalable, efficient, and intuitive experience for users across global Marketplace organizations. Rather than serving as a traditional Salesforce Administrator, this leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Analytics, Operations, and Marketplace leadership to define platform priorities, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive execution of the Salesforce roadmap. This individual will balance strategic planning with operational execution, leading governance, prioritization, user adoption, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure Salesforce continues to scale alongside Walmart Marketplace's global growth.
