About the Role: The Internal Controls Financial Reporting (ICFR) Specialist will design, test, and maintain internal financial controls. The position will ensure regulatory compliance, identify process risks, and partner with internal and external auditors to manage testing and reporting. This strategic role will champion a strong culture of compliance and control across our decentralized, network-based logistics operations. Acting as a trusted partner to Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations teams, the role ensures automation, audit traceability, and continuous readiness for internal and external reviews. This role will drive standardization of operational and financial controls, manage critical accounting risks, and lead interactions with auditors, serving as the primary point of contact for all control and audit matters. As the organization's control guardian, the role will ensure all open issues are resolved timely, while supporting global audit consistency and governance across all business units., * In charge of working with consultants and Global Noatum Logistics Cluster to develop and test controls around all key functional areas in the US (Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations). * Manage the audits of controls by both internal and external auditors.
