The 1LMX Program Management Operations (PMO) within Enterprise Operations is hiring a Program Manager to provide oversight for 1LMX Portfolios and Products.
What You Will Be Doing:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

 * Managing 1LMX product solutions across the enterprise and Business Areas to meet business needs
 * Overseeing overall cost and schedule of the 1LMX product
 * Collaborating with IT service owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
 * Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
 * Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
 * Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products

Responsible for ensuring that customer needs are satisfied through managing and coordinating specific informational technology deliverables; the overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirement. Manages company and third party vendors as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet customer's need. May include responsibility for technical development. At the higher level, incumbents are instrumental in overall planning and selling of services.
