This position requires working knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies, networking fundamentals, and strong troubleshooting skills. In addition to handling service and incident requests, the Senior System Technician plays a key role in providing operational support for escalated issues-working closely with other Senior System Technician, customers, and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and ensure seamless on-site service delivery.
