## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
 * 5+ years of civil/site development experience; mission-critical or large-scale industrial work preferred
 * Working knowledge of grading, stormwater, utility, roadway, and erosion-control design
 * Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD; experience with hydrology and hydraulic modeling tools preferred
 * EIT required; Professional Engineer license preferred or the ability to obtain one
 * Strong coordination, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to travel to project sites as needed

## Description

* Develop civil site designs for data center campuses, including grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and site access
 * Prepare calculations, reports, specifications, permit packages, and construction documents
 * Coordinate utility capacity and connection requirements with providers, owners, and project partners
 * Support site due diligence, feasibility studies, entitlement, and permitting activities
 * Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP, geotechnical, survey, and construction teams
 * Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and provide construction-phase technical support
 * Manage assigned deliverables against quality, schedule, and budget expectations
 * Apply applicable federal, state, and local codes and stormwater requirements
