It's the difference between a patient getting the care they need and falling through the cracks. Our Access Transformation team sits at the center of that work, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to drive access transformation across the enterprise. We're looking for an Access Consultant who brings EMR and operations knowledge, thrives at the intersection of data and workflow, and is ready to do meaningful work that directly impacts how patients in our region experience care. As an Access Consultant, you'll lead access projects, end-to-end: from discovery and design through build, change management, and implementation. You'll translate operational challenges into actionable solutions and facilitate cross-functional partnership between clinical, IT, and operational teams to drive real, measurable improvement. This is a role for someone who is detail-oriented and curious, comfortable leading through influence, and motivated by seeing complex problems get solved.
