We write a lot of code this way. * An eye for design (UI/UX): you can build polished, aesthetically pleasing interfaces, not just functional ones. * A fast learner with good judgement, comfortable making calls on component design and what's good enough to ship, and genuinely energized by picking up unfamiliar tools, stacks, or problem areas rather than staying in one lane. * Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where you're expected to figure things out, make trade-offs, and ship, with real autonomy over how. Nice to have * Start-up or scale-up experience. * Familiarity with Python. * Experience with energy markets. ## Description We're hiring frontend engineers to join one of our product teams: Terminal, Data, Ko (our AI Analyst), or Modelling. Each team owns a business capability end-to-end, including its own frontend, backend, and infrastructure, and every team ships to production independently, without centralized approval. Wherever you land, you'll help shape a shared TypeScript, React, and Next.js codebase in a monorepo built for rapid, AI-assisted development, and you'll build against a company-wide design system so what you ship stays consistent with the rest of the product. We're looking for engineers who learn fast and go wide. You won't be boxed into pixel-pushing; the best people on our teams move fluidly between component architecture, performance work, and the backend or infrastructure basics behind the features they build.
