A Quick Note on Tech Stacks: You won't have used everything in our stack. Strong depth in Python and React, paired with the drive to pick up new tools quickly, is what counts most. ## Description You'll join the APA (Analyse, Predict & Act) team that owns everything customers actually look at: the web app, the mobile app, the metrics engine behind our analytics cards, the scheduled reports, and our AI and MCP services. A typical feature means adding a query capability to a Django service, exposing it through an API, then building the interface for it in React. You own that whole path. Right now that means a big push on our BI capabilities, covering new chart types, heatmaps, drilldowns and a reworked dashboard grid, plus targets and budgets, a semantic layer, and AI features including a chat over a customer's own data. What you'll be doing: * Performance work. These are dashboards over millions of rows of transaction data, and speed is a feature. * Targets and budgets: letting operators set goals per site, per revenue centre, and track against them. * Our semantic layer, so metrics mean the same thing everywhere they're used. * AI features: dashboard summaries, an AI chat over a customer's own data, and our MCP server that lets tools like Claude query Tenzo directly * A significant push on our BI capabilities, including new chart types, heatmaps, and more flexible ways to organise and explore your data., Tenzo is committed to improving the general well-being of our team members. As our 'Passionate about our people' value states: we aim to create a supportive and diverse environment for our people to grow. Working as part of a small team, you will benefit from a level of responsibility from the get-go. We also commit to a dedicated time for personal development and clear career progression in an exciting time of growth and development of the company. * Tenzo Swag We'll hook you up with workstation perks, Macbook and all software needed on your first day! * Work from Home You'll receive a £75 work from home set up budget, which renews every year * ️ Flexible Working A minimum of 2 days a week in the London office, plus any additional days such as trade shows, team quarterly meet-ups ## Related Videos - [Developing the Backend with Stefan Lingler, CTO at Shpock](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100360-developing-the-backend-with-stefan-lingler-cto-at-shpock) - [Build and Deploy a Fullstack App with Open Source Tooling](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/775-build-and-deploy-a-fullstack-app-with-open-source-tooling) - [Do TypeScript without TypeScript](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/327-do-typescript-without-typescript) - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Meet Your New BFF: Backend to Frontend without the Duct Tape](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/682-meet-your-new-bff-backend-to-frontend-without-the-duct-tape) - [Nest.js - TypeScript in the backend can also be clean](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1033-nest-js-typescript-in-the-backend-can-also-be-clean) ## Related Articles - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Web Development Best Practices: What The Data Tells us](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/84-web-development-best-practices-what-the-data-tells-us) - [Fullstack Developer Salary UK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/251-fullstack-developer-salary-uk) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [The 7 Most Popular Backend Frameworks for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/403-the-7-most-popular-backend-frameworks-for-developers) - [What’s the Difference Between Frontend and Backend Development?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/240-what-s-the-difference-between-frontend-and-backend-development)
