## About the Role

* 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Computer Science and Maths.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
 * Strong communication skills.
 * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
 * Experience supporting business applications, systems, reporting processes or technology solutions through employment, an apprenticeship, placement or similar role.
 * Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
 * Experience with software deployments, application testing or systems administration.
 * Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries.
 * Exposure to systems integrations, APIs and automation tools.
 * Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or similar technologies.
 * Understanding of software development lifecycles and change management processes.

## Description

As part of the EMEA IS team, you'll help ensure our business systems run efficiently and reliably by:

 * Supporting software deployments and application releases.
 * Executing functional and regression testing.
 * Creating and maintaining technical documentation and testing records.
 * Assisting with SQL queries, reporting and database support activities.
 * Supporting integration processes and automation workflows.
 * Maintaining and enhancing business applications.
 * Working with technical and business stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
