Unfortunately, Royal London are unable to offer visa sponsorship, * Strong implementation or senior project management experience across complex business and technology change. * Experience of migration delivery, readiness management, cutover control, service transition and post-go-live support. * A track record of leading through a matrix structure across business, technology, operations and third-party teams. * Strong planning, governance, risk, issue and dependency management skills. * The ability to translate technical and data migration activity into clear business messages and senior decision papers. * Confident stakeholder management, evidence-based reporting and disciplined action ownership. * The ability to work effectively through ambiguity, remove blockers and maintain focus across competing priorities. * Knowledge of life and pensions administration, closed-book migration, Integro or legacy platforms would be advantageous. ## Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Business and Technical Implementation Manager to join Royal London and support the migration of Life and Pensions books from its legacy mainframe environment to Integro. This is a key risk-reduction programme that will provide a robust platform for the long-term administration of the book. You will provide a single point of focus across business readiness, technical implementation, data migration, testing, cutover, service transition and post-go-live support. Working across business, technology, operational and supplier teams, you will ensure the migration is delivered safely, with clear evidence for go/no-go decisions and a controlled handover into business as usual.
