## About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and aspirational senior developer to join our growing team as we enter the next chapter in Rezzil's history. Your role would involve taking feature and fix requests from beginning to end while collaborating, guiding, and coordinating with other developers to ensure deliveries are of a high quality. You would help shape development and system design decisions, build processes and workflows, and report/support upwards on progress, blockers, and more.

There will always be room to learn and develop, but as a minimum we require some proficiency in:

 * PHP/Laravel
 * Docker
 * NodeJS/JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Database design and management skills
 * Linux/macOS maintenance and management, including good familiarity with a command line
 * WebSocket or Socket.IO based development
 * Kanban workflows/Scrum knowledge and/or experience
 * Unit/feature/integration testing

In addition to the above, we'd especially like to hear from you if you have the following proficiencies, though these aren't required:

 * Go
 * SQLite experience
 * React
 * Ansible/AWS/bare metal hosting platforms or general DevOps experience
 * HTTP3/QUIC stream development experience
 * Three.js
 * HLS/DASH/RTMP/SRT/WebRTC video streaming
 * Redis/KeyDB/Queue-based architecture in general
 * Real-time pipeline-based processing
