The role supports product development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities through robust testing and data analysis., Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and validation protocols. Design and maintain test equipment, fixtures, and automated test systems. Conduct functional, performance, environmental, reliability, and endurance testing. Analyse test results and identify failures, trends, and root causes. Produce detailed test reports and communicate findings to engineering teams. Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve technical issues. Verify compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. Support product qualification, verification, and certification activities. Assist with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk assessments. Develop and improve test methods to increase efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability. Ensure testing activities comply with company quality management systems and relevant standards. Maintain calibration and validation records for test equipment.
