Working closely with engineers, developers, project managers and incident managers, you'll take ownership of support tickets, solve complex technical challenges, and help maintain and enhance critical infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking and SQL platforms. The role offers broad exposure to private cloud datacentres, physical infrastructure, server platforms and end-of-life remediation activities, making every day different and providing significant opportunities to develop your technical expertise.
