The IT Security Lead supports secure delivery, operational resilience and regulatory alignment by embedding security into change, migration and service delivery activity from design through to live operation. What you'll be doing * Assess the current security landscape across legacy and migrating platforms, identifying opportunities to strengthen security controls and reduce risk. Review current security posture, identify vulnerabilities and control gaps, and drive remediation through prioritised improvement plans. Partner with engineering, architecture and delivery teams to embed security-by-design into platform change and transformation initiatives. Provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations on security risks and priorities to support effective decision-making. Champion continuous improvement in security governance, resilience and ways of working, ensuring compliance with security standards and audit requirements.
