Tech Pipeline steps in to fix these broken systems by looking at the logs and finding the actual source of the friction. We are currently supporting a London-based partner that needs help organizing their internal data flows as they move away from manual spreadsheets and fragmented tools. As a Data Operations Coordinator, you will help our team trace these flows and ensure that the information moving between systems is accurate and useful. This is a fully remote, entry-level position designed for someone who likes solving puzzles and seeing how businesses function behind the scenes. What you will do * Check data logs daily to identify where information transfers between tools have stalled or failed. * Update standard operating procedures to reflect changes we make to the routing logic and internal workflows. * Audit spreadsheet entries against system records to find discrepancies that might cause reporting errors. * Assist in the cleanup of customer and product databases before they are migrated to new software platforms. * Document the specific steps needed to resolve common data errors so the client team can handle them independently later. * Coordinate with our senior practitioners to test new automation rules and verify they produce the expected results. * Monitor shared queues for internal process requests and ensure they follow the correct approval path. * Report on recurring bottlenecks in the data flow that might indicate a deeper system issue or logic error. ## Related Videos - [Launching a marketplace on-time: A lesson in taking shortcuts using spreadsheets!](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/477-launching-a-marketplace-on-time-a-lesson-in-taking-shortcuts-using-spreadsheets) - [Enjoying SQL data pipelines with dbt](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/823-enjoying-sql-data-pipelines-with-dbt) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Implementing continuous delivery in a data processing pipeline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/73-implementing-continuous-delivery-in-a-data-processing-pipeline) - [From Global Capability Centers to AI-Powered Command Centers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100096-from-global-capability-centers-to-ai-powered-command-centers) - [Fault Tolerance and Consistency at Scale: Harnessing the Power of Distributed SQL Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1146-fault-tolerance-and-consistency-at-scale-harnessing-the-power-of-distributed-sql-databases) ## Related Articles - [Making Data Warehouses Fast: A Developer’s Story](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/107-making-data-warehouses-fast-a-developer-s-story) - [Data Engineer Salary UK](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/253-data-engineer-salary-uk) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Data Science & more: The Lopez dilemma](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/10-data-science-more-the-lopez-dilemma) - [The Most Popular IT Jobs on the Market](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/376-the-most-popular-it-jobs-on-the-market) - [How We Built a Worry-Free System That Runs for 10+ Years – And What We’d Do Again](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/751-how-we-built-a-worry-free-system-that-runs-for-10-years-and-what-we-d-do-again)
