Reporting to the Head of Software, you'll be the driving force behind sprint planning and delivery across multiple development teams, working alongside partnered platforms like ServiceNow, HubSpot and Dynamics. You'll own Jira administration and sprint management end to end - running agile ceremonies, keeping the backlog in shape, and making sure technical teams and business stakeholders are always on the same page. You'll spot the trends before they become problems, escalate when it matters, and give stakeholders real visibility of progress, risk and delivery metrics. This is a role for someone who loves structure but thrives on people - as much at home configuring a Jira workflow as they are facilitating a room full of stakeholders with competing priorities.
