 * Proven experience implementing, developing, and maintaining document and information management systems.
 * Strong knowledge of SharePoint and other EDMS platforms.
 * Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
 * Experience producing management reports, document registers and governance documentation.

Desirable Experience

 * Experience supporting large scale projects or programmes.
 * Team leadership or supervisory experience.
 * Knowledge of information governance frameworks and best practices.
 * Relevant qualifications in Document Control, Information Management, Records Management or a related discipline.

## Description

* Configure, implement, administer, and manage Electronic Document and Data Management Systems (EDMS), including platforms such as SharePoint and similar solutions.
 * Manage system security, permissions and access controls in line with approved governance processes.
 * Ensure document management systems are efficient, effective, scalable and fit for future growth.
 * Facilitate user onboarding, training and ongoing support for both internal and external stakeholders.
 * Manage the upload and control of high volumes of project documentation and data.
 * Ensure robust document control procedures are followed for the creation, review, distribution, modification and archiving of information.
 * Provide quality assurance to ensure records, documents, and data comply with regulatory, governance and operational requirements.
 * Coordinate information management activities and support the successful delivery of project documentation requirements.
 * Develop and maintain document registers, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
 * Support the implementation and continuous improvement of information and document management strategies.
 * Work closely with stakeholders to understand information governance requirements and support process improvements.
 * Identify opportunities to enhance information governance, business processes and digital solutions.
 * Support document retention, storage, retrieval, preservation, and disposal processes in accordance with established policies.
