## About the Role

## Description

Der Bereich Deployment & Tool Operations stellt innerhalb der BWI die Basis für den reibungslosen Betrieb der managed Server. Er stellt Server mit verschiedenen aktuellen Betriebssystemen auf Basis Baremetal und virtuellen Servern in den Rechenzentren und dezentralen Serverstandorten zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich ist er auch für den Betrieb der hochkomplexen Toollandschaft wie u.a. für das Monitoring der Server, Patchmanagement, Eventüberwachung, Logging, Out-of-Band-Infrastructure und Hardwarebetrieb
verantwortlich.
Aufgaben

 * Betrieb aufgabenspezifischer Tools im Monitoring von Servern, vor allem mitels SCOM und CheckMK
 * Incident-, Change- und Problemmanagement nach ITIL
 * Optimierung betrieblicher Abläufe, Prozesse und Techniken sowie Sicherstellung der serviceübergreifenden innerbetrieblichen Interoperabilität
 * Automatisierung von Abläufen, vor allem mittels Ansible
 * Erstellung und Pflege aufgabenspezifischer technischer Dokumentationen
