 * Remote Support durch Fernzugriff (bei Bedarf)\n
 * Support für Konferenz- und Präsentationssysteme\n
 * Weiterleitung und Zuordnung von Tickets an andere Einheiten (z.B. 1st Level Support oder 3rd Level Support, etc.)\n
