## Description

Als IT First Level Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du in Dresden:

 * Du nimmst Kundenanfragen telefonisch an und betreust sie serviceorientiert
 * Du erstellst, kontrollierst und verfolgst Tickets
 * Du identifizierst IT-Probleme und unterstützt bei der Störungsbehebung
 * Du berätst Kunden zu ihren IT-Anfragen und eskalierst Vorgänge bei Bedarf
 * Du erstellst und bearbeitest Accounts in verschiedenen Systemen
