 * Analyse von Incidents im 2nd-/3rd-Level sowie nachhaltige Behebung komplexer Störungen
 * Konfiguration und Betrieb von Anwendungen auf Linux-Applikationsservern und in containerisierten Umgebungen (Kubernetes)
 * Automatisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Betriebs, z. B. durch CI/CD-Pipelines oder Configuration Management (z. B. Puppet)
