We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead who can drive the architectural vision, guide a multidisciplinary team, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will lead a squad of engineers, collaborate closely with product owners, and apply best practices to build scalable, high-performing applications that meet complex technical and business requirements., The Data Squad transforms communication data into actionable insights. We collect and process information from calls, emails, and messages, delivering it in raw or enriched formats. Clients can customize data processing to fit their needs, ensuring flexibility and precision. With seamless reporting and access to key metrics, we help businesses make informed decisions and improve efficiency., *
Lead and manage a team of engineers: hiring, performance reviews, continuous feedback and day-to-day support
*
Define and drive quarterly, release and sprint planning to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
*
Own architectural decisions and technical direction; review and challenge designs with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability and testability
*
Ensure production stability: proactive monitoring, incident response, post-mortems and corrective measures
*
Define and maintain service contracts to ensure seamless communication between systems
*
Collaborate with Product, Design, Infrastructure and Customer Operations to align technical solutions with business needs
*
Contribute personally to back-end development, primarily in Kotlin
*
