## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, engineering, environmental science, environmental management, or a related discipline
 * 2-5 years of relevant experience, including internships or early-career roles
 * Strong communication, organization, and technical writing skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing project needs
 * Commitment to health and safety protocols
 * Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
 * This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Preferred

 * Experience conducting Phase I ESAs and Phase II site investigations
 * Field experience with soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion sampling
 * Familiarity with ASTM standards and environmental due diligence processes
 * Exposure to coordinating subcontractors (drilling, labs, surveying)

## Description

* Deliver Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments that guide high-stakes commercial and industrial transactions
 * Contribute to accurate environmental risk evaluations through field sampling, data analysis, and reporting
 * Support safe and compliant project execution aligned with regulatory and ASTM standards
 * Grow into increasing responsibility for task and project management while working alongside industry experts, * Conduct Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in line with ASTM standards
 * Perform fieldwork including soil, sediment, groundwater, and surface water sampling; oversee drilling and well installation activities
 * Support and lead field investigations, including vapor intrusion and aquifer testing
 * Coordinate subcontractors such as drilling crews, surveyors, and laboratories
 * Analyze data and prepare technical reports, work plans, figures, and spreadsheets
 * Ensure health and safety requirements are implemented across all project phases
 * Manage multiple project tasks within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining quality standards
