Ensure the strict accuracy and integrity of the MDIOC Technical Baseline * Process Optimization & Integration: Drive the continuous improvement of MDIOC systems by assessing current processes, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization, and spearheading the seamless integration of new solutions across diverse environments. Develop and manage the "system of systems" (SoS) integration strategy and the overarching MDIOC strategic roadmap. Hands-on experience using SE, data analytics, and optimization tools (such as Power BI and Cameo). Proven ability to utilize these tools for requirements management, end-to-end traceability, system integration, modeling, Validation and Verification (V&V) support, change management support, and automated reporting. * Program Health & Technical Oversight: Monitor and report on overall systems engineering program health, providing expert guidance on complex technical issues and overseeing the implementation of best practices to enhance system reliability and performance. Oversee all major engineering plans and act as the adjudicator for program-level technical reviews. Establish and continuously review system performance metrics to rapidly identify, report on, and mitigate anomalies or degradation. * Rapid Response & Anomaly Resolution: Lead the rapid assessment and execution of engineering solutions to resolve system anomalies, defining clear processes and documentation to ensure zero mission impact.
