Experience with any one of these tools is acceptable. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills * Hono, tRPC, Drizzle ORM, or similar modern TypeScript frameworks/tools. * AWS CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi. * Playwright, Vitest, Testcontainers, or similar testing frameworks. * Serverless and cloud-native application development. * Multi-tenant SaaS applications. * OpenTelemetry, Sentry, Pino, or similar observability tools. * Healthcare, EHR/EMR, FHIR, or HIPAA experience is a plus but not required., Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional engineering experience may be considered. ## Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can build and deliver features end-to-end across the frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.
