## About the Role

* At least eight (08) to fourteen (14) years of direct/relevant experience.
 * Bachelor's degree in technical field such as System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred.
 * Must have experience as a systems administrator providing direct support to end users and technical staff (developers, testers, engineers, etc.).
 * Must be proficient with Windows Server 2019 and Active Directory.
 * Must have experience with software/hardware deployment, patches, operating systems, and basic system backup and restore functions.
 * Must have experience with/be familiar with SALT, Ansible, Splunk, Puppet, SolarWinds, Nessus.
 * Must have experience with and/or have knowledge of Red Hat and VMWare.
 * Must have a solid understanding of advanced security protocols and standards.
 * Must have experience with both Client and Server virtualization environments.
 * Must have experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and reimaging hardware.
 * Must have a solid understanding of information security principles and practices.
 * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
 * Must be able to support occasional day or short duration travel.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

 * Proficiency with SQL Server.
 * SALT and Python scripting experience.
 * Experience supporting a software configuration management and development environment.
 * Experience working in an Agile Development Environment or on an Agile Team.
 * Knowledge of PKI systems which use HSMs to validate key and NTP for synchronization.
 * Knowledge of PowerShell and PowerCLI.
 * Experience in documenting and providing information for security accreditation and certification.
