The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring insurance products, workflows, rules, forms, rating, and integrations within the INSTANDA platform., * 5+ years of experience in Insurance Technology, with 3+ years of hands-on INSTANDA configuration experience. * Strong understanding of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and P&C insurance products. * Hands-on experience with: * INSTANDA product configuration * Product setup and configuration * Workflows and business rules * Rules engine * Forms and document configuration * Rating configuration * System and API integrations Experience translating business requirements into platform configurations and scalable solutions. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
