In this highly visible role, you will lead the resolution of complex customer issues, drive root cause analysis, and serve as the senior technical authority during critical outages and executive-level escalations. This position is focused on supporting Juniper Enterprise and Data Center Switching technologies, primarily EX and QFX platforms, within highly secure Federal and Intelligence Community environments. The successful candidate will possess deep switching expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and experience managing complex customer escalations in production networks You will partner closely with customers, Engineering, Product Management, and Support teams to resolve technical challenges, improve product quality, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
