## About the Role

* Strong experience in Data Engineering, BI Reporting, Cloud Analytics, and stakeholder management within enterprise environments.
 * Hands-on expertise with:
 + AWS
 + Databricks
 + Python
 + SQL
 * Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics teams and programs.
 * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred

 * Experience with data modernization, data lakes/warehouses, and cloud transformation programs.
 * AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Tower Lead to oversee all aspects of the D&A function, including BAU operations, enhancements, and project delivery. This role will provide strategic leadership, manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions., * Lead and manage the Data & Analytics Tower across BAU, enhancements, and projects.

 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to define and deliver solutions.
 * Govern delivery teams and ensure quality, timely execution of initiatives.
 * Track and manage key operational and project metrics, KPIs, risks, and escalations.
 * Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to address business and technology challenges.
 * Identify growth opportunities, support proposals, and lead project delivery efforts.
 * Drive best practices in data engineering, analytics, reporting, and cloud technologies.
