This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a design specialist who brings strong research capabilities and can shape intuitive experiences for complex enterprise products. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and researchers to create thoughtful, data-informed solutions that strengthen product direction and user satisfaction., Lead end-to-end UX efforts for complex product areas, turning business goals and user needs into clear, effective design solutions. Plan and conduct a range of research activities, using both qualitative and quantitative approaches to uncover user behavior, workflow challenges, and product opportunities. Create wireframes, prototypes, and refined interface concepts in Figma and related design tools to communicate ideas and validate design direction. Translate research findings and product requirements into experience strategies that inform roadmaps and support decision-making across teams. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to align design execution with technical feasibility and business priorities. Facilitate usability testing and other evaluative exercises, then synthesize results into practical recommendations for product improvements.
