## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
 * 5-7 years' experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
 * Huron requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
 * Willingness to travel when requested

Preferred Skills & Experience:

 * Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
 * May consider candidates with prior experience implementing TM1 Cognos, Anaplan, or Oracle EPM solutions
 * Experience leading medium to large scale Adaptive Planning (or similar) implementation projects
 * Experience with Adaptive in both development and administrative roles
 * Experience with automation and integration of Adaptive
 * Extensive knowledge of Excel
 * Extensive knowledge FP&A processes and activities
 * Prior team management experience, experience managing people (mentoring, delegating, reviewing work, and coaching staff)
 * Experience in pre-sales activities, proposal development, presentations, and Demo's
 * Willingness to attend and present at orals
