* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Studium im IT-Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Security & Compliance (z. B. Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Information Protection)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Intune, insbesondere für iOS- / iPhone-Geräte, Windows 10 & 11 sowie bei Security- und Gerätekonfigurationen
 * Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Defender (z. B. MDE / MDO / MDA) ist wünschenswert
 * Vertrautheit mit Exchange Online / Hybrid, SharePoint Online/Hybrid, OneDrive for Business, Teams sowie Azure Identity Management
 * Kenntnisse zu Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Dedicated Host oder Azure Virtual Machines sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
 * Offenheit für neue Technologien sowie Freude daran, Cloud-Lösungen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
 * Klare Kommunikation, Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Themen verständlich zu vermitteln

## Description

* Du gestaltest, optimierst und betreibst moderne Microsoft-365-Lösungen in einer Cloud-first-Umgebung
 * Du unterstützt unsere Fachbereiche dabei, ihre Anforderungen in benutzerfreundliche Anwendungen und Services zu übersetzen
 * Du entwickelst technische Konzepte und setzt diese mit Fokus auf Microsoft 365, Azure und Entra ID um
 * Du stellst die Integration und Migration von Cloud-Services in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen sicher und begleitest entsprechende Projekte end-to-end
 * Du arbeitest crossfunktional mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um stabile, sichere und skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln
 * Zusätzlich verantwortest du interne IT-Projekte rund um Modern Workplace, Security, Endpoint Management und Automatisierung
