## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Microsoft-365-Umfeld, davon ein relevanter Anteil in der Beratung.
 * Tiefe in Microsoft 365: Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Purview, Berechtigungs- und Infor-mationsarchitektur. Dir ist klar, warum Copilot ohne saubere Berechtigungen ein Risiko ist.
 * Praxis mit Copilot Studio und Power Platform. Du hast mindestens einen Agenten gebaut, der produktiv genutzt wird.
 * Du bist auftrittssicher vor Führungskreisen und kannst einen Business Case rechnen, nicht nur beschreiben.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Reisebereitschaft im üblichen Beratungsrahmen.
 * Erfahrung im Aufbau eines Themas, eines Angebots oder eines Teams. Freude an Ver-trieb, mindestens aber keine Abneigung dagegen.

 * Du verantwortest Architektur und Einführung von Microsoft 365 Copilot in Konzernumgebungen, mit allem, was dazugehört: Berechtigungskonzepte, Oversharing-Prävention, Purview, Tenant-Setup.
 * Du entwirfst und baust Agenten in Copilot Studio und der Power Platform, entlang realer Geschäftsprozesse.
 * Du entwickelst Governance-Modelle für Agenten: Freigabe, Lifecycle, Kostenkontrolle, Nachvollziehbarkeit. Bei Banken anschlussfähig an BAIT und DORA.
 * Du konzipierst Adoption und Change, von der Auswahl der Anwendungsfälle über Champions-Netzwerke bis zur Nutzungsmessung und zum Wirtschaftlichkeitsnachweis.
 * Du baust unser Angebot rund um Copilot Value und Agent Governance auf, von der Methodik über die Playbooks bis zum Festpreispaket.
 * Du wirst nach außen das Gesicht des Themas, auf Fachveranstaltungen, in Beiträgen, bei Kunden.
 * Im ersten Jahr bist du überwiegend in Kundenmandaten unterwegs. Mit wachsender Projektpipeline bauen wir gemeinsam ein Team auf, in dem du die Lead-Rolle übernehmen kannst.

 * Erfahrung bei Banken oder Versicherern, Grundverständnis von KI-Governance und EU AI Act.
 * Power Fx, Dataverse, Azure AI Foundry.
 * Zertifizierungen wie MS-102, SC-401 oder PL-200. Was fehlt, holst du im ersten halben Jahr bei uns nach, Budget und Arbeitszeit stellen wir.
