## About the Role

Als IT SAP FICO Business Analyst (m/w/d) fungieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereichen mit Schwerpunkt auf Controlling, Accounting, Risk Management und Human Resources. Sie unterstützen und optimieren Geschäftsprozesse im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere in den Modulen FI/CO sowie HCM (PA, PY, PT). Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Aufnahme und Definition von Anforderungen, das Erstellen von SAP-Projektspezifikationen, die Steuerung von Change Requests sowie die Koordination interner IT-Teams und externer SAP-Dienstleister von der Anforderungsphase über Entwicklung und UAT bis zum Go-Live und Hypercare. Darüber hinaus leiten Sie Business-Workstreams, begleiten Integrationen von Satellitensystemen und steuern externe Partner anhand definierter KPIs. Gesucht wird ein erfahrener SAP-Berater mit mindestens 5-7 Jahren SAP FI/CO-Erfahrung im Manufacturing-Umfeld, idealerweise ergänzt durch Kenntnisse in SAP HCM, SAP ECC 6.0 und S/4HANA. Neben analytischen und kommunikativen
Fähigkeiten sind Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse, eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in internationalen Matrixorganisationen gefragt. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
