## About the Role

* Hands-on experience as a Backend Developer or Software Engineer.
 * Proven experience working in agile software development teams.
 * Strong track record of building and operating production-grade backend services.
 * Strong proficiency in Kafka, und Typscript
 * Experience developing applications with TypeScript (using in backend)
 * Solid understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and API design.
 * Practical experience with AWS cloud services.
 * Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring tools, such as:

 * Grafana
 * Prometheus
 * Cloud monitoring and logging solutions

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

Experience with AI-driven software development (Claude Code) and AI-assisted engineering practices

## Description

* Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services for monitoring and controlling systems
 * Contribute across the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements engineering, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, operations, and continuous improvement.
 * Collaborate closely with product owners and experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of software services running in production environments.
 * Monitor and improve system health using observability and monitoring tools.
 * Analyze user feedback and operational metrics to continuously optimize the product.
 * Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical decision-making.
 * Support DevOps and cloud-related activities within AWS environments.
 * Explore and apply modern software engineering practices, including AI-assisted development where beneficial.
