## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erste Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik
 * Kenntnisse in Datenbanken, ERP-/WMS-Systemen und Schnittstellen (EDI) von Vorteil
 * Analytische Fähigkeiten, Prozessverständnis und hohe IT-Affinität
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systemen im Bereich Logistik (z. B. WMS, ERP, TMS)
 * Analyse und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen Lager, Transport und Supply Chain
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme, Tools und Schnittstellen
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs und Bearbeitung von Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Reports und Prozessanalysen
 * Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen IT-/Logistikprojekten
 * Schulung und Unterstützung der Anwender\:innen im Tagesgeschäft
