## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen
 * Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-Infrastrukturen
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Azure® und Entra ID sowie im Umgang mit Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security sowie Identity & Access Management sowie im Zertifikatsmanagement (PKI)
 * Ausgeprägte Kunden- bzw. Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für den Bereich Computing & Data Platforms einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft®-basierten IT-Infrastruktur sowie unserer Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen.

 * Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten und sicheren Betriebs der Messaging-, Mail- und Kommunikationssysteme (Exchange On-Premises & Online inkl. Mail Routing) sowie deren kontinuierliche Optimierung
 * Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung von Identity- und Access-Management-Lösungen einschließlich Benutzer- und Berechtigungsverwaltung, Public-Key-Infrastruktur (PKI) sowie der Umsetzung relevanter Sicherheitsanforderungen entlang des gesamten User Lifecycles
 * Betreuung, Monitoring und strategische Weiterentwicklung der hybriden Microsoft-Systemlandschaft (On-Premises & Cloud), insbesondere Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID und Intune
