 * Sicherstellung des IT-Betriebs der Arbeitsplätze während der gesamten Betriebszeiten
 * Wartung und Instandhaltung von Arbeitsstationen (PCs, Drucker, Peripherie)
 * Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei IT-Störungen
 * Austausch defekter Hardware-Komponenten und Grundkonfiguration
 * Bearbeitung von IT-Tickets im Ticketsystem (Erfassung, Priorisierung, Lösung)
 * Remote-Support und Fernzugriff für schnelle Problemlösungen
 * Dokumentation von Fehlern und durchgeführten Lösungen
 * Unterstützung des zentralen Servicedesks durch Vor-Ort-Einsätze
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams und den Fachabteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
