* Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Fundierte Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung mit Schwerpunkt im Modul S/4 HANA Service mit einem sehr guten Verständnis des Service to Satisfaction - Ende-zu-Ende-Prozesses
 * Kenntnisse von SAP FSM sind wünschenswert
 * Kenntnisse in angrenzenden SAP-Modulen (z.B.: SD, MM, PP) sind von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung in der SAP ABAP Programmierung und dem SAP Solution Manager sind ein Plus
 * Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement ist ein Nice-to-have
 * Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch sind erforderlich, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
 * Teamplayer-Mentalität und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Projektunterstützung bei der technischen Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen auf globaler Ebene
 * Verantwortung und Sicherstellung des SAP-Systemflusses im SD-Modul (Ende-zu-Ende Prozess Service to Satisfaction)
 * Customizing und Stammdateneinstellungen in SAP S/4 HANA Service und Field Service Management (FSM)
 * Planung und Implementierung der SAP CPQ Integration in die SAP Commerce Cloud
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Fachabteilungen sowie externen und internen Teammitgliedern
 * Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche im Service to Satisfaction -Prozess
 * Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von (Unter-) Projekten sowie Durchführung von IT-Integrationstests
 * Praxisorientierte Wissenserweiterung im Bereich S/4HANA
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen für Key User, Endanwender und 1st Level Support
 * Sicherstellung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
